Attended my first World Fantasy this year. Highlights included dinner with my outrageous and amazing agent Connor Goldsmith and fellow client Claire Humphrey (pictured), arm wrestling Robert Jackson Bennett in an Irish pub, and getting my hands on an ARC of his upcoming novel, CITY OF BLADES.
Also, in Lessons Learned at WFC: if anyone ever tells you karaoke is a frivolous endeavor unlikely to advance your career, they are feeding you a spurious lie.
