
The Saturday after Thanksgiving, I’ll be in Louisville, KY, partnering with chef Sunshine Flagg and The Culture Club to do an Amberlough reading with a paired tasting menu!
We’ll be whipping up pumpernickel buns with honey and pistachio, shirred eggs, barley fritters stuffed with eel, sweet and spicy pork skewers, and black sesame bao buns. And we’ll be giving away an ARC or two, and some buttons!
